Pursuant to Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, and repealing Directive 95/46/EC (General Regulation on the Protection data; hereinafter referred to as: “GDPR”), we inform you that:

1. Pelplińska 19, entered into the register of entrepreneurs of the District Court Gdańsk – Północ in Gdańsk, 7th Commercial Division of the National Court Register under KRS number: 0000127044, share capital: PLN 100,207,830.00 (paid in full), with NIP: 592-02- 02-822 (hereinafter collectively referred to as: “Administrator”).

4. Personal data in the form of first name, last name, e-mail address, company name, and job title will be processed for the purposes of: (a) marketing of the Administrator in a given medium to which you have given your consent – pursuant to Art. 6 section 1 letter a) and art. 49 section 1 letter a) GDPR, i.e. based on your voluntarily expressed consent; (b) profiling and forwarding dedicated/tailored materials – including advertising materials – pursuant to Art. 6 section 1 letter a) and art. 49 section 1 letter a) GDPR, i.e. based on your voluntarily expressed consent; (c) determining, pursuing or defending any claims between you and the Administrator – pursuant to Art. 6 section 1 letter f) GDPR, i.e. on the basis of the legitimate interest pursued by the Administrator, which is the possibility of pursuing claims;

5. Providing Personal Data is voluntary. 

6. No decisions will be made about you in an automated manner, including as a result of profiling.

7. Personal data may be disclosed to the following entities: employees, collaborators and clients of the Administrator and related companies, entities taking photographs and film materials, marketing and graphic agencies, IT service providers, hosting providers, entities managing social networking sites, Internet users, entities providing services advisory, legal. 

8. Personal data may be made available to entities and bodies authorized to process this data on the basis of legal provisions.

Personal data will be processed for the period necessary to achieve the purposes for which the data is processed (see point 4) or until an objection is raised (if the basis for processing is the legitimate interest of the Administrator) or until consent is withdrawn (if the basis for processing is consent granted ) – depending on which event occurs first. 11. Later, the Administrator may store them until any claims expire. 




12. You have the right to access your personal data and the right to request its rectification, deletion or limitation of its processing. 

13. To the extent that consent is the basis for the processing of Personal Data, you have the right to withdraw it. Withdrawal of consent does not affect the lawfulness of processing carried out on the basis of consent before its withdrawal. 

14. To the extent that the basis for the processing of Personal Data is the legitimate interest of the Administrator, you have the right to object to the processing of your personal data.

15. In order to exercise the above rights, please contact the Administrator or the data protection officer using the contact details indicated above (contact details indicated above). 16. Moreover, you have the right to lodge a complaint with the supervisory authority responsible for the protection of personal data (President of the Personal Data Protection Office) if you believe that the processing of your data violates the GDPR.
